Our company, founded in 1993 in Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone to produce plastic injection molds and parts with the mission of being a side industry in automotive sector, is a global company with its production facility with 60 employers in its closed area of 3.500 m2 and provides service mainly to automotive, white goods and airspace sectors.

Our Services:

  • 1.Production and assembly of plastic parts by using 20 plastic injection machines with the clamping force of 100-380 tons. 
  • 2.Plastic injection, form, cutting and progressif mold design, production and also if required trial of the produced molds in their plants.
  • 3. More than 2.500.000 pieces of more than 350 variety of plastic part production per month with annual usage of 450 tonnes of raw material and 60.000 machine*hour capacity.

In 2004, İrfan Plastik, defining quality as customer satisfaction, is certificated with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System to assure its current quality. Besides that, in 2007 by adopting ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System which is generated for automotive industry, İrfan Plastik is certificated with ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System in April 2008. Thus we met with our customers in the same quality system and obtained the chance to present more reliable products to them.
