PRODUCTION and TECHNOLOGY

With its high hardware, in Irfan Plastic Molding Room, plastic injection molds, progressive molds, cutting molds and form molds are produced.

Since 1993 more than 350 different molds between 100-2.500 kg have been produced.

Irfan Plastic always follows new projects to increase diversity of its products, therefore it designs molds and parts by using different computer programs (VX, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, POWERMILL, AUTO DESK MOLDFLOW)

Except the molds which are used in our production department, mold and part designs are also made for different companies in the sector.

In our production department, there are 17 plastic injection machines equipped with high technology in the range of 100-360 tonnage.

Depending on projects and customer demand, assembly of the products are made within our facility
